Mods practicing Entrapment?

Ok. I just was kicked twice from the Kidschat room. I saw a user with the name "11 girl with kam up 4 anything". Well I sent a message to them, nothing rude or mean and I was kicked. Then I went back into the room and realized it was the mod Tsukune that was using that name. For when I got back into the room that same name "11 girl with kam up 4 anything" was there. How is it a name putting an age thats 11 and kam allowed in the chat room? It's not. Unless its a mod thats using it. Then I told the room be careful talking to "11 girl with kam" it was the mod and I was kicked again. So mods can break the rules to enforce the rules? Entrapment wouldnt be allowed by law enforcement but its practiced by chat room mods
