Im sick of being cloned, abused and spammed

Ok seriously what is going on in the ladies only room. I wont pretend to understand the system this chat site works by but something has to be done, well something more than currently is being done. We ignore the fact that we cant enforce the name of the room <LADIES only> but i for one am sick of the person (it seems to be the same one every time) who keeps comming into the room and spamming incredibly offensive messages under other peoples names. Things like:
- lesbians and gays should die slow deaths from aids
- if i had my way id kill every gay
- women should be raped and bashed
- blacks should all die
The list goes on and on but I'm sure u get the general idea.
If someone started hounding me in real life saying things like that, they'd get more than a 48hr ban, i do believe they'd be sitting in a court room. Please can we address this issue a bit more forcibly, i agree that slaps on the wrist are needed but some people need more than that and when the offense is so incredibly offensive. Surely a life time ban is more appropriate? On a brighter note id like to thank MOD Stroo who actually stuck around long enough to at least put a 48hr ban on the offender, we love ur work

It's just some pathetic little moron who's got nothing else better to do with their time.
Ignore them if you can by putting them on your iggy list. I know they'll just log outand back in again, but try using different sideroom? If there's a mod on Forums, and not in the room, give them a little PM and tell them the problem and they'll go in and sort it.
I don't know about a lifetime ban, as that'd be a range ban and they're not allowed because it would ban every user on that ISP.

Failing that, just use another chatroom in the meantime, and enjoy chatting.

its not just the ladies room it happens in,it happens in all the rooms with lots of differant posts made,so its not just ladies thats attacted,the offenders are banned every day by us mods,and has also been reported to cm, so u see we have addressed the issue and we have done all we can as mods,we r just like u a chatter but we have a boot ban button but dont have the power to perm ban ppl that clone or flood etc.
