I think they're both good, however in terms of design I'd have to go with Neon's because I can see what's happening in it.

Both are really good, though.

neon knight, definitely.
not a huge fan of his car images, but it's still done well.

unknown soldier's is waaay too blurry.
it just really doesn't look good imo.

I agree with Lioness, Neon Knights stands out a lot more than Unknowns.
