Banned For What Reason?

I was banned and I have no idea why, I have used this name in the past with no issues. Even You mods on the boards have told me this name is okay, has that rule changed?

txpantyboy is my screen name. Please tell me the reasoning behind this, i would like to know. Thank you very much.
