Give him time. I'm sure this isn't at the top of his priority list right now but I could be wrong.

If those men and women are brave and courageous enough to fight for their country, then their sexuality or preferences shouldn't even matter.
There's loads of soliders out there who fight in denial and I think it's a downright shame.

They should be given the respect they so deserve.

Sexual preference should not be the key issue when one sacrifices their life in wanting to fight for their country. At the end of the day when a soldier falls in battle, they are respected and acknowledged for their act of heroism, bravery, and courage whether they be gay, straight, bisexual, transgender and so on and so forth.

The world economy is crumbling the u.s is fighting two wars in the middle east. He's on foreign relations tour in the middle east. He's dealing with problem in North Korea. Those are the ones i know off at least, so yes gay rights aint on his priority list. I think he's the first president ever in recent history that started his rule while the world is crumbling around him so cut him some effing slack.

I still support Obama.

But he himself just said, when asked if he was taking on too much, something to the effect of: "What problem would you have me ignore?"

I'm still looking for the exact quote (trying to find the transcript to the Brian Williams interview the other night).
