Types of Bans?

I was banned yesterday I'm not sure what time. I don't recall having seen any mods in the room lurking or on duty. Thus I don't recall seeing any posting of the rules or pms asking me to change my name. If they did I'm sorry but I didn't see them. I know I have waited more than 24 hours and I am still banned. So how long am I banned for? How long is a ban good for any way? I always thought it was 24 hours. Do they have a 72 hour ban that I don't know about? I'd just like to know. Thanks.

Bans are 24 hours. If there was no mod in the room, that you saw, then it was most likely some stupid chatter who has the ability to ban people.

Its been well over 24 hours now though? Its possible I didn't see the mod because there was also flooding and a ton of lag. What kind of bans can mods administer?

there are chatters who have programmes that give them the ability to boot/ban and other stuff in room.as me myself was being kicked from the room last night with a window saying i was kicked for some kind of violation,i think it was language violation.so u may have been a victim of the same person,
what name were u using,what where u doing when u were banned,if ur still banned pm me ur ip unless cat has already got back to u.

We do not have to be visable.... Sometimes Us Mod's need a break from having to talk to ppl..... So if we prefer coming into the room to clean it up.... So be it...

If you do not like that PM the admin.... Until she tells me other wise , I will do Exactly that...

P.S. It's not hiding, it's simply sitting bk and taking care of the room, which should be Our only concern...

Actually the invisible mode is to elude those with hacking tools who can kick mods and or to rid the room of pervasive flooders who log in and out. Chatmaster indicated he preferred moderators to be visible unless situations warranted it. You being lazy would not be one of those situations which merits it.
