Have you tried counseling? I know there is stigma about going to counseling, however it is important that you talk about your confusion and the automatic thoughts you have about this issue and express your feelings appropriately. However I do realize counseling is not an option for everyone due to some factor out of your control, like economy etc. But I just wanted to let you know its available if you need it and have the means. However you can try this you are doing here and see the feedback that you get.

You can start by telling us a bit about yourself and your current concern.

How old are you?
Are you a male or female?
What makes you think that you are confused with your sexuality? What has happened?
What specifically do you want us to do? Do you just want to be listened to or are you asking how to cope with this?
What are you hoping to get out of this?

To be honest wid you my friend and I meen this with respect, this is no place to ask for help only because so many ppl will respond in different ways some bad some good.

In my opinion it might be a good idear to confide in some one you trust and is close to you because i think you will get an honest opinion.

In here people you dont know could take advantage of your situation and really thats not a good thing. I say this not to put any 1 down but for your safety,not saying every one here is a perv but Im sure you will come across some unsavoury ppl that will not be so helpful.

Only you can sort out your sexuality because only you know what you are going through and as long as ya honest and true to ya self and have a good friend to rely on then Im sure you will be able to come to terms with what you need to, I wish you all the best and be safe

Thats why I suggested you take this preferably to a counselor that is better suited to help you and has experience with these types of situations. In the mean time if you just want to talk and be listened to, a good friend or someone you can totally trust and know he/she wont humiliate you then you can talk to him/her for the time being.

You wouldn't be the first one battling within themselves trying to find who they are. Best advice I could give you would be to experiment. No harm in that. Everyone does it and it's a sure way to find out what/who you like and how you like things (that will come later on). If you decide that you are not ready to do that and are a bit scared to venture into that, then maybe see a therapist or talk to a close friend that you can trust.

I'm sure a doctor and or trained professional would never say "piss off". That's a bit far-fetched. Believe it or not, that's what they're there for. It can be for any issue. Why not ask a therapist and or counselor for advice and such? You may be straight forward and know what you like, but others need more than that sometimes, you know? Sort of like a big brother, big sister situation without having the fear when talking to the ones closest to them. Sometimes, talking with a complete stranger who you pay to listen helps. That's my opinion anyway.

i used to see a shrink when i was 11 and being diagnosed with h.d.a.d

my sexuality came into that n helped me a little no know for sure. so i will agree with philly. councilors and psychiatrists can help. but thier bills dont usualy lol
