If this debate has been posted before, I'm sorry.

I find it strange that whenever a man has *** with a teenage boy or girl, he should be killed, disemboweled, and hung. However, if a woman performs such an act, they usually let her go as long as she is pretty. Do you think that the penalty for such an act is different when it comes to the persons gender?

I think that man or woman if you have *** with someone underage then there should be the same consequences.

This problem has been highlighted with the 'slap on the wrist' sentencing women teachers have been getting for s** with students.

Nope...it shouldnt matter based on gender...the punishment should fit rhe crime...regardless of gender..but what female has gotten off easily? Give an example.

In general man or woman most *** offenders get off to easily

but what about female teachers like Debra Lafave who plead guilty to two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and got three years of house arrest and seven years probation.

*** crime laws are all too easy
on both men and women

sure look at how difficult it is to prove ra.pe
and how many ppl get off
its said here in ireland only 17% of rapes are reported
and only 6% are convicted

sometimes it ends up that the victim
is the one who ends up on trial

well i agree..but i think the justice system lets many people off too easily..i mean s3x offenders in general get off too easily..it's not just teachers...

I think the reason for that is the guys are really the ones in control (of their penis)...so if a woman rapes a guy, then she wouldn't get the same punishement because of that fact.

Anyone who thinks that a criminal should be "killed, disembowled and hung" or any such similiar violent punishment is just as bad as the person committing the crime.

And Fearless, you don't need a penis to rape someone.
