Tendonitis

Ok this is one of the most common sports related injuries out there...and I frequently get this in both my toes, achilles, and shoulders. Everytime I ask for advice from coaches and our sports meds I get the same thing, heat and ice. Im extremely tired of heat and ice and feel its doing nothing for me in terms of actually speeding up my recovery and that there has to be something better out there...

So, does anybody out there have any kind of home remedy or end all solution I can use to ease this stuff? Its killing me everytime I step out to compete and its a bitch in the morning when I wakeup...ANY advice would be much appreciated :reallysad

Take Ice and IBprofen. Works for me.

Maybe you'd get more posts if you explained about the condition, so more people would know what it is.

I don't know where you're at, but here they have a Corticosteroid that can help relieve the pain. Or you can have surgery to relieve the tension.
