Nintendo Gamecube = Crap

If I offend anybody who likes the Nintendo Gamecube, I'm sorry.

I remember when I bought a Nintendo Gamecube back in 2003. I just loved it! I had three or four games and I would play for hours. Then, one day, this stupid window came up saying that the disc was damaged and that I should wipe it with a cloth. After I took the disc out and wiped it accordingly, I put it back in and started playing with no problem. But, after only one week, it came back up. This would continue for a few months before I finally had enough and threw out the Gamecube. Let's just thank God for Microsoft and X-Box.

Did anybody else have problems like this with their Gamecube?

Your post reminded me of the Alone in the Dark game for 3D0. One of the best games ever. Beats Resident Evil by alot.

I wouldn't know if my gamecube ever did that. I bought it... played it three times, let it sit there untouched for months... sold it to my friend for his little bro's birthday.

But my SNES gave me a message once that said Copying games is illegal.. when I put an authentic cartridge in the system.

Tiasto is right.....I played GC for 3 years and it didn't do that. I'm sorry to say that, but it's true.

its funny.... when i go to my friends house... we actually dont play his 360 anymore.... we play Halo 1.... or super smash brothers.... for the cube... although it is quite the crappy system....
