Windows SP2 Blocking Access...
Certain ZIP files are being blocked as they're extracted. Since they're not already extracted, I can't unblock them, but as soon as they're extracted they get deleted and are nowhere to be found. It's not that these files are potentially harmful anyway.. >.<

downloaded from msn? do you have defender installed? any other anti-virus? likely those

Yes. No. Yes, Trend Micro.
I always turn my Anti Virus off as soon as Windows Starts.. According the the Help and Support Center, Service Pack 2 is to blame..

Well I'm gonna work something out .. maybe I'll just run Linux  I'm sure I can find those files...

 yeah...but linux doesn't run win32 apps

it would be so much better....if it had better p&p and hardware support.
I figure my machine is just not happy under linux after many aborted attempts. Or I'm just not leet enough =(
