Their live shows never change, their music is repetitive, yes they had some great songs that were unforgetable but with those came thousands that were all the same. Their recent string of crap is just....terrible and I doubt they'll ever rebound. "Reign In Blood" was NEVER all that it was cracked up to be and God forbid Tom Araya ever turn up his bass...

For that reason alone I think they suck. They sound like some whining satanists. Well they basically are. But that's besides the point. Their music IS repetitive and does suck hardcore. So yeah. That's my opinion on them.

Jeez, are those actual lyrics? That's, like, the most patheticly teenage goth bull**** I've ever seen Please tell me someone just made those up. I can't go on living if someone out there thinks that makes good music

I don't like the old shit much, except a handful of songs like, Raining Blood, Hell Awaits, South of Heaven, Mandatory Suicide, and Dead Skin Mask. I listen to their newer shit DIM and GHUA more since I can actually raise the volume without worrying about some crappy high pitched screams and guitar solo that their old shit got.

Interesting shit I found:

Those are the real lyrics and they are far better than the "modern" **** out today and not as good as the other greats.
