Default Disturbing

Hi.. I'm in the Elementary Education program and studying to be a teacher. I recently read (voluntarily.. and upon the advice of a friend), "A Child Called IT." Has anyone else read this book. It is horrible. Very disturbing. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I don't know that I would read it again or recommend it to anyone. I have to admit that I didn't stop reading it because I was hoping that something good would eventually happen to this child. It has opened my eyes; however, I can only pray that nothing like this exists today.

I read that book a few years ago and yeah it is kinda disturbing...the things that boy went through....But still, I would recommend everyone to read it though because it is an extremely good book even though it didnt have the 'happy ending' most people expect with these kinds of stories...wow great book. A must read.

Right now I am reading:
Manga: LOVELESS, Alichino, 1001 Nights, Confidential Confessions
Books: 'The Lovely Bones' <----READ THIS! Kinda wierd with the freaky ghost *** and all but a really good book
