Burning bodyfat fast
Ok, one way you can kill bodyfat is by workingout in intervals. An example is like on a treadmill. You warm up and then run as hard and fast as physically possible for 1 minute. It helps putting it on an incline. Then you take a 30 second break by lowering the incline and walking (speedwalking) and you repeat the process for 15 minutes. I find it highly effective.

Exactly, you go a 3 weeks with replacing two meals with nothing but negative calorie foods and the pounds will slide off....

I can't remember the science behind it exactly, but apparently the most effective way to lose body fat is to maintain a 80%/MHR for as long as possible during a full body cardio work. i.e. Rowing/Swimming etc.

Watch what you eat. 80% of your body comes from diet. 20% through working out. Yes working out may curb your appetite, burn more calories, raise metabolism, etc. But a six pack is made in the kitchen not in the gym. You want the body you've dreamed of? Eat correctly and in moderation. Takes 3500 calories per pound so don't lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. And remember, the slower you lose it, the more likely it is to stay off. GL.
