I was bored

Have any of you guys ever had any.... yea this sounds gay

like.. ghost sightings?
I did once.. i guess i'll tell joo my story O_O

I was about.. 11 years old.. and i couldn't sleep..so iw alked downstairs to my livingroom.. now we have a front deack, so there is this shoe room/front hall where people would enter thorugh before getting into the actual house..Anyways...
I was sitting watching somthing. and the couch is placed like.. right near the door that opens to the front hall.. and all of a sudden..the dorr opened up and this HUGE bright light.. in the shape of a human figure started walking out of the front hall..

Knowing me, that i was 11, i nearly shat myself and ran out of the room to bed
Now.. you would think this was all a dream right?O_O
Well, when i came down the next day (i used to get up at 7:00 when i was 11)
I went down and saw that the door to the front hall was open (shouldn't be) and the front porch door was unlocked

AND the clicker was where i threw it when i was running away..on the chair near the TV... Opinions? O_O

You or anyone you know ever have anything like this happen? Post it

I will post my firends story later if this gets any posts

Mine is kinda painful, but I'll share anyway.

The night my father died, me and my sister had come home from the hospital. My father had died at home on the kitchen floor before he even got to the hospital. Well I was sitting outside on the tailgate of the truck just thinking and crying, when my dogs start growling. I look over to where they are and I see a dark figure standing there. At first I thought it was my sister, but then I saw the light in her room click on so I knew then that she was inside. I looked back over to where the figure was, and it was standing there, hiding behind a tree looking at me. We stare at each other for a minute, then I walk over to it to see who it is. But when I get there, it vanishes into thin air.

I don't know if it was my dad or what, but it sure scared the hell outta me.

that happen to me when i was 8 me and my cousin was in the living room watching tv and sudenly there was a man walking around i put my head in the couch untile it went away my cousin shes a girl she was 14 at the time and she scream her lungs out so i took my head from out of the couch and i seen hi walking away so i got up and try to folo him and he was gone i told my nana and she said it was just a spirit cant touch you or nothing she said just believe in christ and nothing will scare you and she gave me a bible verse to read every night before i go to bed ever sense i read that verse i never saw nothing like that sinces

On having to walk home through an old back road I was certain a boy in old clothes who worked in the bogland and was 'rumoured' to be butchered was walking beside me in the middle of the night, I saw it walking beside me but disappeared when I focused on it, although I was very, very drunk at the time.

Yeah this may sound weird.

I believe I can actually make contact with 'the otherside'.
there was one time where I contacted by then-bestfriend's sister, and we knew it was legit 'cos she 'told' me stuff by best friend hadn't told me.

A few years later during my christian years I tried to put a stop to it, because I and my youth leaders felt it was devil's work.

Turning agnostic now...
I've had weird feelings again, and am wonderig if it's signs.

hah i bet now that you've said that people are going
to ask you if you can talk to their dead relatives/friends/etc.

but anyway i think everyone's had an experience like this.
i haven't had a specific one I can remember, but I always have
those light flickering, door opening, tv turning on/off, things falling
-moments. + There's just one room in my house where all of us
feel like we're being watched, and like there's someone in there with us.

so yuh.
