Default Sunburn

Just a quick question, does moisturising cream help with sunburn, or do you need to get that aftersun stuff?

I raised over £150 for Race for Life today

Red face

Don't use cream because it'll make you blister.

You're better off with cold compresses.

Annnd... Next time use Sunscreen.
Or a higher one if you did use some.

If you have an aloe plant in your house just clip off a piece and rub it over the burn.
It helps cool it down and moisturizes it.

Aloe is the best way to go. But, you can just go to the store and get some aloe gel if you don't have a plant.

Why don't you do Race for Life without being in the sun too long? Why don't you just stop posting in my threads if you have such a problem with me?

I was running late this morning and didn't have time to apply any sunblock, and my face burned, I used moisturiser cream on the sunburn And I always thought aftersun was just an expensive moisturiser I'll go buy some when I get some money

Also i'm hoping to cycle india, it's a challenge event for cancer research uk, if anybody has any tips on how to raise £3,500 please let me know via pm, thats the minimum I have to raise to take part

I'm asking for advice on whats best to use with sunburn, the run isnt actually a race it's a charity event, and my personal life has nnothing to do with it, also I havent used drugs for over a month now, and it's not your place to judge, if you have a problem with me, stop posting in my threads, or is that outside your capabilities?
