Windows Live..

When I install it..

It won't let me sign in.

I downloaded the latest one and everything.

I tried un-installing it.

Then re-installing it.

And nothing happened.

Anyone know what's going on?

Mel's experiencing it too.

Did you have MSN Messenger before you installed it?

Don't know. Just I remember running the install .exe for a joke once and it started extracting it into the default MSN Messenger folder. Cancel'd it though. Thought it was spying me.

Hmm.

=\\ It's really annoying.

I like Windows Live.

Like it worked for one time.

But then when I sign out.

It won't let me sign back in.

And ever since it hasn't let me sign on. =\\

what does happen when you try to sign in?
i haven't looked at live...but it should still have the troubleshooter...run through that (Tools>Options>Connections>Start) and it should say if there's any sort of network issue

and masque...you're way too paranoid over the wrong things...

Have you tried connecting it to the internet?

Nah, seriously though, have you checked your virus things to make sure it's not blocked to the internet?

&& I have Windows and It's working fine for me!

It comes up with..

'Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is temperoraliy unavaliable'

And.. When I troubleshoot it, it says nothing's blocking it, or anything's wrong.

I uninstalled 7.5.

And installed Live.

And it still won't work.
