Um, yeah. Some people might find this funny, but.. can someone explain to me what a metrosexual is, please? I have absolutely no idea.

Isn't a metro sexual.... Like a guy who dresses really nice. Uhmmmm they put as much effort into looking good as girls do.

Modern enlightened, sort of rennasance man. Secure and confident, capable and cool, typically well educated and stylish. Heterosexual with a twist, not gay by any means, but he probally has a few gay friends, and can easily be mistaken for gay by rednecks and jock types. The only straight guy in a fabric store or antique shop who is not being dragged there by a woman.

The typical metrosexual is a young man with money to spend, living in or within easy reach of a metropolis — because that's where all the best shops, clubs, gyms and hairdressers are. Um... Some dictionaries have the word... Others don't. But the term 'narcissism' was around before the term 'metrosexual'. So, in my opinion, metrosexual was a word made up by idiots who have never heard of the term narcissism to try to sound smarter.

Anyway, narcissism can actually be a mental disorder. It's a love of oneself, sort of like an egotist, but worse and some even derive sexual pleasure just from looking at themselves. There are different extremes of it, such as some may be gay, bi-sexual, or straight, but they usually love themselves, though that isn't to say they love sex from other people either. However, they'd be pretty arrogant to talk to. I.e. "You don't deserve this body. " Or "You're going to have to work hard for me." etc.
