Their personality. That's what I go for, anyways. You'll be able to tell if they have a good peronality, if they maintain a good conversation etc, always know what to say, bubbly.
Style, another thing, as you can tell if they have a good trend if they are dressed appropriately; made themselves look decent for the occasion. There are many things of importance to look for.
