people say online dating never works...
i think that is false..
somepeople get an online Bf/Gf && stay w/ them for 2,3,4 years.
but on the other hand...
when little kids go on lookin' for love... && it is like a 50 year old pervert.. thats bad. =[
some kids && teens come on here... get a online BF && say ilu the first 10 minutes they were going out,'
tell me what yoo' think...

so .. i think its okay if yoo' are like 13&&over && know what yoo' are doing if not.. i disagree.

i like online dating i think if u like someone it could happen online or not......

just try not to get hurt. i had loved someone online but i lost.=/ they are still the one i really like and even tho i dont know them in person i would risk anything for them.They mean the world to me!

This has been debated for a long time now. I think it's up to people if they want to online date or not. I can't say it works and if it doesn't work, because it's different for everyone. Everyone experiences it differently. It can't be the same for two people. Online relationships have their up's and down's, just like any other relationship.

on line dating is good bc there is ppl on here that are dating on line then soon or later they will see each other in person

But not forgetting the fact you can't see these people. And they could be anyone.

Imagine if they wanted to meet you, and they weren't who you thought they were. It's better to know who you're talking to, than to take a risk.

And you don't think there's something strange about anyone wanting to date another person online for that length of time? What do they say to people who ask them out in real time? "Oh sorry I'm in a long term relationship with someone on the net, and have been for years, though we've never met."

Not necessarily. Some older teens are pretty adept are luring younger kids into unhealthy relationships.

That's true, but don't just mention kids and teens. Adults are just as bad, if not worse. At least younger users can be excused because of their age. Adults on the other hand seem to lurch from one online affair to another.

It's okay for anyone to have friendships on the net. It's also fine if it's a trusted friendship for people to maybe meet. However where younger users are concerned, it's paramount that parents are kept informed constantly about who their kids are talking to, and any potential meeting only under the auspices of the parent(s).

Okay here is my 2 cents to this debate............ Online dating has its risks and ups and downs like anything else in this world. It is up to those persons that are communicating to actually say to themselves that they want to take the next step and know one another sufficiently well. Now im not saying that online dating always works out, but in certain occassions, it does seem to work out for the best and i commend all who have done it and have met their soulmate in doing so. Now i also agree with online dating not working.....SOMETIMES.......it doesnt work all the time but it does work some of the time aswell, so no dating online is not always a disaster. I say try it and if you dont have anything else to loose then go right ahead if you think that person is for you. I would just say be careful and make sure that you truley know a person before you make a big step such as this. I tell you this because anyone can say anything you want to hear online, but can they back it up in actual reality.

Online dating is what you make it. Its the same for offline dating.

inhibitions .. when it comes to the opposite gender.. are what you make them..

People tend to think the absolutely beautiful are gods and thats what they should set there sights for..
The truth is.. you should go for what works for you in the moment.. offline .. online..

Love is love.. some people understand it.. some dont ..
