Help? >.<;
Erm...Okay well...I don't know if this shoulder be in the advice forums or what...I'm pretty sure this has something to do with my health...
...Oh well.
I'm lost in this world...
Okay, every night around like 10:00 p.m., until I go to sleep (if I do go to sleep), I have sharp internal pains throughout my chest, stomach, back, neck and shoulders. I don't know why but it only happens between those hours of the night. It's so painful that it's hard to draw in a breath or sometimes if I try to even move I can't because it feels like I'm being stabbed with knives and needles. Jeezus it's happening right now. >.<;
I've tried drinking water to see if that helps, and it doesn't.
I've tried moving around alot (despite the pain) to see if it's something that has to do with the position I was sitting in, that's not helping.
I've tried taking an asortment of pain killers (Advil, Asprin, ect.), and that's not helping...
And I have insomnia, so going to bed and forgetting about it isn't an option unless I'm tired. Which I'm not.
I have no idea in Hell what's wrong with me. Does anyone know? If you need more details just ask me...
Please, it hurts so fecking bad. x.X;

All I say can is this..
1.Try taking a nice hot bath.
2.If that doesn't work goto the doctor..

maybe before you go to bed, you should go rest or whatever an hour before bed time. they say you shouldn't be watching tv or playing on the computer an hour or a half hour prior to going to sleep.
if just relaxing before bed time doesn't help, or before that time, then i'd say go to the doctors. i have the same problem, sort of, but it doesnt happen at specific times. but my problem is because i have heart problems. i'd say go get checked out, or even look at a website.. like webmd i think.. and type in your symptons and it should give you what you have, and how to fix it..
