TEENAGE Pregnancies

Its a fact that teenage pregnancies have risen this year and last and keep going up. The youngest mum in Brittain is 11 years old. My question to everyone is what is the appropriate age to have *** and is the government doing enough to stop young girls falling pregnant. many times when a girl gets pregnant she blames the school that they didnt educate her proprely true or not?

Very true, but why is it so, thigs werent like this few years back, lets say ten. Recently a man that repaed a 3 year old girl got sentenced for life but because he admitted to the crime they gave him 10 or 5 yrs. Teenagers and small children are having s e x. A boy aged 11 forced a girl aged 13 to have s e x with him while playing 7 mins in heaven

It's not up to anyone to say "have sex at __"... but, IF you think you're responsible enough to have sex when you're 14, then you SHOULD be responsible enough to wear a condom.

Oh. And, about the school thing.
All I learnt from school is how to dress babies.
WTF - I know.

Anyway. I think parents have a part in it too, obviously.
Not all down to "Sex Ed" class.

I agree with what you say, some schools dont give proper s e x education, but if you look arund, many teenagers are influanced from what they see on tv, po rn magazines and so on, I had to d a research in school on po rn sites and it is said that children as young as 11 go on the internet to look at adult stuff. A girl in my class is 5 months pregnant, I think its sweet since she look so nice, but the worries that are to follow stay with her for life. I think s e x is now portraied as a usuall thing and everyone should do it. Many ppl are pressured into s e x to look cool and such

no its not true its their fault and they ckoses to get pregnant or not they shouldnt be stupid enough to have *** at a young age-i say its there faults

Which is why you should need to pay like, $2 or something with a card that young children don't have, to access the site permanently.

How old is she? 16?
I've had people in my old school pregnant.
I don't think she even did her GCSE's.

So basically, she's got a baby - no exam results.
Means she won't get into college - if she has time for that now she has a baby.
Means she won't be getting a well paid job - Her parents will be paying for her baby's clothes, food, cot. etc for a while.

And if she stays responsible for her actions, she'll be the one staying in on a Friday night NOT going out with her friends. Instead of letting her parents look after her baby.

And the WORSE thing... after she got pregnant.
So did a few others as if a baby was some kind of "accessory".

My mum will be "lucky" if she's a nan by the time I'm 25 at least.

Yeah. I guess it's harder for some people to say no than others... but, no one is forcing you into it. Just need to say no.

sorry bwt my late reply, she was doing her gcse's just now in july, and nows she gna be at home for a while. The worst thing is shes a very smart girl, A* student, you wonder where she left her brain. But yeah teenage pregnancies are a huge issue because girls fall in love eaily and boys take advantage of this. How many guys actually stay on to take care of the child and be with the girl

In my opinion I think 22 should be a minimal age... I feel sorry for the people younger than 16 are pregnaint my brothers g\f was pregnaint at 15
