I think the feeling of dispair would make them tick and i have to say i have respect for the act of suicide bombing althought suicide is a mortle sin any body man or woman willing to pay that price for what they beleive in has to be respected but i dont respect the fact that inocent people suffer the conciquences of those actions.

To me, terrorists are terrorists. Are the ones who wear turbans and think they're gonna hump 70+ virgins by their act of suicide any better or worse than the ones who beat up gays and leave them for dead tied to a fencepost? Or the ones who casually drive away from an abortion clinic after leaving a bomb in the reception area? Or those who would plant a truck-bomb in front of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City?

True, but the faith that spawns that religion also inspires people to do tremendous and wonderful things. I feel there's a fundamental difference between being religious and being fanatical: when your belief overtakes common sense (ie: you feel the killing of innocents is perfectly justifiable) then you are a fanatic.
