Smile Fastfood vs. subway

alot of people are blaming the growing ratio of obese teens in america on fastfood, and sure enough alot of people have heard about that fat dude who ate subway and got skinny, well what the subway commercials dont explain is that he DID have to excersice and he DID have to diet and hr DID have to do all that crap to loose weight, and it DID take a long time.most people think that if they eat it they'll just loose a whole lot of weight overnight, well you dont. same thing would happen if you ate fastfood and did all that stuff or if you ate subway, the only difference is fastfood cou.d help, and you would actually enjoy eating.tho i will not eat mcdonalds, i love sonic, and im not fat, not even close, and im active, so instead of eating 3 cheeseburgers a day, then sitting on your couch all day, you could try being active.

Earting a mass-produced crappy sandwich is better than eating a mass produced crappy sandwich that has been fried?

Why not try this. Get a lettuce, a tomato, a piece of cucumber. Some cheese, ham or whatever you prefer.

Put it between two pieces of bread.

I know it's kind of jumping into gourmet cooking and the whole a la carte thing here...but with practice you'll learn to make a sandwich. It's not easy, but just think of the satisfaction when you realise it's just as jood, and it cost you ten pence intead of two pounds.
