I don't want to feel like this
I suffer with nausea anorexia and I hate it. I used to throw up after eating and now that i am on anti sickness tablets I cant throw up. I ate something the day before yesterday and self harmed afterwards because I couldn't throw up so yesterday I didn't eat a thing. I don't like feeling like this all I wanted to do was lose some wieght and I've lost four stone in the last two and a half weeks. What should I do?

Most anorexic's never actually admit to being anorexic as they're too convinced they're over-weight to even notice. =\
I can't really tell you what to do because I don't know how far into it you are, but I highly advise you to talk to someone about this; someone offline; someone you can trust, and if necessary, depending on your current weight, go and see your local doctor for help and advice. But for the mean time, take small regular meals and keep it down you. I know that's easier said than done, but it sounds to me as though you need professional help before it gets too bad and before you resort to being fed through a tube.

The fact that you are saying you have a problem is a good start. I suggest that you try and contact a support group that deals with this problem. There you will find other people who have been/or going through the same thing you are. Maybe you could also speak to a doctor, and ask him to put you in contact with a support group.
Just remember looks dont matter, its whats on the inside that counts.
GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE THINGS WORK OUT FOR YOU TC

Actually good advice except the spelling error. What the chatter has is a mental illness and needs to seek medical attention or she could suffer a lot of serious problems physically and mentally down the line.

Think of fatter people? I have to laugh at that...
casper193, do you really thinks it's wise asking people on the net about a serious problem like this? I mean, they usually have the best intent but, maybe talk to a family member or someone you trust, not that you haven't already but... This is the net, not Oprahs office.
No offense...
Chow,

It`s hard in todays society when everything is advertised around beautiful and thin women, models, singers, actresses, all the ppl we look at as idols, and the want to lose weight and be thin is becoming a growing problem.. Casper, anorexia is a physcological problem to begin with, then turning into a physical problem, and once you see yourself losing the weight and see it working to throw up after eating you start to think it cant be so bad after all, until you can no longer control it but it controls you. Don`t let something like this become your way of life, to strip you of being able to go out and enjoy yourself, seek help while its still in the early stages, work on yourself and what will make you feel better about yourself.. Because it is about low self esteem, it is about how you see and feel about yourself.. Good luck and i hope you work through it.....
