Kicking the habbit....

Ok ppl here is the deal.. I started this thread so that others can join me today and QUIT SMOKING with me.. At the end of each day you can post how you went etc, share ideas, encourage others AND KICK THIS DIRTY FILTHY DISGUSTING HABIT ( sighs, god damn i want a cig right now lmao).. Look at the advantages, 1.. shows your kids that anything can be done and is better for them not to live in a smoke environment.. 2.. think of how much healthier we shall be..3..the money you save from buying them (psstt if anyone joins me feel free to spend the extra on me PMSL) and 4.. longer *** lmaoooo..

So anyone wanting to quit now is the time.. and we can have some fun along the way to pmsl.. and no Funky Funkenstein if you dare say one mean thing in here, i swear i will open a can of whoop ass so fast you wont know what happened (crap i think i hit a mood swing then) lmao.. ..

DO IT.. DO IT NOW.... lets see how many of yas have the guts lmao..

(and if i posted this thread in the wrong section to bad.. it stays here) dont mess with a person suffering withdrawels lmao..

JOoooooo ... can i reply to ya thread even if i dont smoke ciggys lmao .. I think its a great thread and its good to give support and get support for such a thing.. i hope it works out for u and anyone else that is tryin to quit... My advice .. if u feel the need for a ciggy ,come in to adult and let some stress out b4 ya light up ... Oh f*ck no wait, maybe not coz that will give ya more stress n make ya smoke more lmao

I was gonna say Mez..go to adult if ur stressed lmfao..u come out that room with more stress than u had b4 u went in. Anyway.. im on 20+ a day here.. so yep am gonna give it a try 2 morro & i'll just smoke me weed from me pipe from now on besides ciggys are to expensive.

Well end of day 1.. what can i say.. i think you get the message lmao.. It`s not as easy as i though, i almost bi*ch slaped a woman in town and stole hers lmaooo.. NOT.. But my daughter agreed to do this with me AWWWWW so sweet of her, funny thing is she doesnt smoke PMSL.. Will admit tho, the longer i resist the urge the stronger i feel.. SOOO.. i recon i am gonna make it.. YAYYY for me... Ok i hope more of yas decide to give it a shot with me and DEEK lmao.. and deek, really give it all you have hun, its worth it not just health wise and money wise, but it gives you a sense of strength once you realise you have will power

Don't smoke so no need to kick the habit. Anyway don't know how half these people can afford to smoke the price of cigarettes.

If you don't want a wrinkled puckered mouth at 35, smelly breath, nicotine stained teeth, Cancer, COPD etc, then bin the nasty cigs.

Ive found what really helps to give up smoking is to save the money every day. Say you smoke a pack a day (thats about £5) if you can last a week, that's £35 youve got in a jar. Try another week and so on, and it soon mounts up. Don't just save the money (theres no fun in that!!), buy yourself something, put it towards a holiday, a new shirt/outfit, an MP3 player, Xbox, whatever floats your boat. If you have something tangible that you couldn't normally afford, it really helps.

Well Gin soaked boy, thanks for the tip..Everyone who does this remember all money saved soon mounts up quickly so spend it on me .. I agree Cat ( hates to admit it).. the price has become rediculous, not everyone can afford it but like most things in life if you want it you buy it huh.. But it was nice to see your suport cat .. Waves~~~ hey Neighbour mwahh.. Ignore all the nasty sounds and flying objects etc coming from next door ok lmaoooo.. and if i happen to abuse you over the fence plz dont take offence to it i am just stressing .. Start of day 2, feel strong but at the same time grrrrrr i want a smoke no i dont no i dont..(remembers the better S*x) pmsl..
