Homosexuality should be illegal. It is a fact. It is the opinion of the General Public.

The new face of us friendly Liberal types, is to support what ever the majority of the General Public wants.

In this case the General Public feels that tight Pink Top wearing, Girly Haired, Floppy Wristed, Handbag carrying Poofy Woofies, should not be allowed out of a Mental Institution until they are normal.

Please take the first turn on the left, walk two yards down the corridor, take the elevator on the right and proceed to the 6,555th floor. Once there you'll find a small side door leading to the top of the stairs, and also an empty barrel with spikes driven into it. Climb into the barrel (you'll feel a couple of pricks) and roll yourself down the stairs all the way to the bottom.
