Well for the past six months my Attitude has drastically changed , i seem to do nothing but bitch and moan and nothing anyone does for me seems to be good enough i know i am portraying myself as a bit*h , and i am the first to admit i am.

Well, it depends on alot of things. Like, how old are you? Has anything in your life changed drastically (break-up, moved, lost someone,ect...)?
It could be as simple as a chemical imbalance. Some people in that situation go to a health food store and the people there can help you find herbs that can restore you to your "normal" self.
Other than that, I don't know what to say if you don't want to see a Dr. Hope you get to feeling better.
Okay, so I just read your post in Bailey's thread and it appears that your problems may have to do with old issues like your mom. Is that part of it?

no my mum doesnt affect my life at all (past time) my best mate did die over a month ago but this attitudes been for about 6 month as i sed

Humm... well maybe it is just a chemical imbalance. I hope you can get it strait. Have you ever tried natural herbs to balance yourself?
