Lol.. Eastenders?

I suppose they'd be treated like any other child, they still have the ability to play, learn, read, etc.. depending on how bad their condition is, but they'd just be needing extra help and support..

I think the parent will finally come to terms with the fact that their new born baby has Downs, it's just come with a bit of a shock, that's all.. buuttt, at the end of the day, it's still her flesh and blood... she'll get used to it D:

If you have a child with down sindrome you get on with it you probebly have twice as hard a job as some one with a child with out the condition and you would go through all the emotion's but you would cope.

If one of the child's parent's reject it because of the child haveing down syndrome then that parent is absolutely worthless.

When a couple decides to have kids, they should take care of the baby no matter what. Children don't ask to be brought into this world. My ex sister in law would say all the time "I wish I never had my son". She missed her freedom. I wanted to slap her repeatedly in the face with my shoe.

Children with Downs Syndrome should be given any chance as any other children that don't have Downs Syndrome. My cousin recently gave birth. She knew from the doctors that her unborn son will have develping issues and the the front part of the brain will not be developed. She could've aborted the baby, but she chose not to.

Like I said, children do not ask to be brought into this world. Therefore, parents should accept the fact their child has DS, and get over themselves. Just care and love the child. Thats all they want.
