Most people who have been hypnotized claim that when hypnotized, it sort feels like a dream, that you know whats happening but you have no control over it. So I guess you can sort of ask yourself, can yuo be inspired by a dream?
I personally think that someones will power is what makes them succeed in matters such as losing weight or losing weight. So my suggestion is that you should try going to a social group about losing weight, or join an organization such as weight watchers when losing weight. Or if you have the money get a psychologist to help you gain strength and confidence or your path to success. No matter which path you take, I wish anyone who tries to do any self improvement the best of luck.

My sister got it done, she didn't quit smoking all together for a start, she smoked when others smoked around her but has now quit. She siad the craving of wanting to smoke is decreased. It seems to be a good thing.
