Alright, I need this survey done in a day (By tomorrow night) VERY important.

This is for people ages 13-18

FIRST QUESTION: What grade are you in? (8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th)

SECOND QUESTION: Your Gender is__? (This is serious. Buffalo is not an answer.)

THIRD QUESTION: Have you ever thought of suicide? Any thought at all concerning committing thereof, of how you would do it if you were to committ suicide, et cetera.

FOURTH QUESTION: Do you know anyone 18 or YOUNGER who has commtted suicide? If you know multiple people who have committed suicide, state how many it is you know.

FIFTH: Do you know anyone 19 or OLDER who has committed suicide? If you know multiple people who have committed suicide, state how many you know.

Thank-you guys, this is a very important assignment. My teacher said if I blow this, I blow my semester grade for this course. Please take part if you are between the ages of 13 and 18.
