I don't understand weight in kilograms. I'm about 170 pounds and I'm 5'11...so what would that be in kilograms? Diets are for women. My mom does that Jenny Craig crap. I don't have a weight problem.....This Tony Ferguson Diet does sound good though.

Yeah, the plan you mention here sounds better. Jenny Craig does take time to work, but my mom lost over 20 pounds...........but over a long period of time. She doesn't really need it anymore, but she still does it anyway.

Well i only need to reach 8 more kilograms down and im normal and that will take about 3 weeks so what ive achieved in 5-6 weeks would take about 20 weeks in jenny craig

I guess at $45 a week you're definitely going to lose a lot of pounds. Namely out of your pocket.

Im a dietitian and your doing it all wrong lol
you cant rely on stupid shakes for meal replacements. thats nonsense.
Anyways follow a food guide.
And to change lbs to kg you divide by 2.2

That's the dumbest advice I've ever read on a health forum.
And yeah don't substitute meals with shakes. That really is dumb and unhealthy.
