Your WORST GLB Online Relationship
Online relationships seem to be a growing idea. Some view it as a good idea, some view it as bad. This is not a debate on whether this is a good or bad idea, but rather to simply let us know what your worst online relationship was, and why it was so bad. (If you're more daring, use screen names. ) I've been involved in a few, but here's my worst:
Back in 2004 when I was a Mod for Gay Chat, I met this guy named Josh in the room. I PMed him because the name Josh is HAWT! Anyways, we got to talking and found that we had loads in common. Same likes, dislikes, you know the drill. What I liked most was taht he was able to charm me. Not many people are able to do that. But he did. Here's a real example of some convo between he and I:
Dragonsfire: **Steps out into the warm summer night to get some air**
Josh: **Notices you leaving, and follows you out. I present you with a single rose and a cold glass of champagne** May I join you?
He was 34 and living in southern California (so he said). Anyways, we talked for hours, and before I knew it the sun was rising and it was 7 AM. We had chatted continuously for more than 8 hours. I told him that I needed to get some sleep. Thats when he said those infamous last words: "I need to tell you something."
Turns out he was 64 as opposed to 34. His real name was Mitch -- Josh was his son's name. And, to top it off, he was married to a lesbian. Why you ask? So that he could have a child without having to adopt. He was also not in Cali like he said, he was in Nebraska, and was into S&M as well as leather. He showed me a pic of his bedroom. It looked like a medieval torture chamber.
Anyways, I decided not to pursue that relationship. This Dragon doesn't like S&M.

Yes it was. Especially after 5 days when I first spoke to that specific person. But, I'm not as naive as I was back in January. I grew up a lot and learned a lot.
But I'm glad I found out what I did, before it was too late. I dare not think what would've/could've happened.
Thank God for Rick now, for believeing in me and not criticising my past.

I think I'd be as bad with an online relationship as I am with real ones, I'm fine when it's just friends, but it's when starts to get serious I start to think "do I really want this", but who knows, in the fullness of time, things may change.
As for my age, well, there is no point in lieing about it, every1 knows it neway and in necase, I'm happy with my age, I've been young, I may have the slippers, but the pipe will have to wait, I can't stand them in any case, pipes and cigars are the only things tht smell worse than cigarettes, but the truth is, we only get to know wht ppl want us to know, and if thts a lie, unless we're told different, we'd never know, as an online realtionship means ur never likely to meet
