Elizabeth Taylor started the trend with her fragrance "White Diamonds". Since then, it would seem a star ain't a star unless they've released a signature perfume. Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Usher, Sarah Jessica Parker, Isabella Rossalini Paris Hilton…now it's tween star Hilary Duff's turn.
Teaming up with Elizabeth Arden, Duff will release her very own fragrance range that she says "everyone will enjoy wearing". It will also undoubtedly see her empire "Hilary Duff Enterprises", expand to even greater proportions than her clothing line has already.
"I love wearing a beautiful fragrance and don't feel completely dressed without one," says Duff. "I love to layer my fragrances with perfumes, body gels and dusting powders. I am looking forward to working with Elizabeth Arden's fragrance team to create a product line that is fresh and innovative." That's unfortunate for parents, who will now have to start saving the cash for perfume, body gel and dusting powders that their daughters are so going to want now Hilary has said it's cool to wear all three.

Well aware of Hilary's star power, Elizabeth Arden's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Scott Beattie said "Hilary is the natural choice to reach fragrance buyers of all ages here and abroad, as she is recognized globally for her tremendous talent and glamorous star appeal…We are proud to partner with her and her hilary duff designer label, and we'll take our inspiration from Hilary to build a stunning line of fragrance products."

Yeah, I heard about this crap. I don't give a poop about Hilary Duff, but my stepsister loves her. She's seen all her movies over and over again. She plays her CDs and she'll have this, too.

Philip I strongly advise against that. >.< The kind of smeel that this fragrance will have will be aimed at pre and low teen girls not grown ladies.

my mums only 40 and likes nice perfumes i got her coco chanel for her birthday and dolce and gabana for christmas and she loves them so imma get her a whole range and you can't stop me

That's because they are nice adult perfumes.

Hilary Duff's perfume is not aimed at adult, it's aimed at kids therefore is likely to be sickl sweet and noting like Chanel or Dolce.

Ive smelt it it's just like a strong impulse deoderant but really pure and nice

My point proven, the only people who think that impulse would make a good perfume are young, perfume is not meant to smell like deodourant otherwise what is the point of wearing a dear perfume instead of a relatively cheap deodourant?

When i was implying impules i meant a nice young fresh smell & any one can wear it ok it's not gunna be the end of the world if my mum wears hilary duff perfume end of story
