Cheap Liquid Eyeliner is better than most
I have had a decent amount of experience with eyemakeup and liquid eyeliners. I have tried out several different liquids, and I am still surprised to find that while many more-expensive name-brand liquid eyeliners are more water resistant...they crack quicker and easier! L.A. COLORS makes a pretty big (looking) tube of liquid eyeliner for only about $1.50 at dollar general, and it sticks quite well, goes on pretty good, and I have **never** had it crack on me (although it does start to smudge on upper eyelid after about 9 or so hours, but not too much). Whereas Vogue, Milani, and some other liquids crack soon after or even crack with the slightest eye movement!?
Something seems wrong when the cheap dollar-store brands work better than the mainstream popular kinds. What's your experience with liquid eyeliners?

I always use liquid liners on my upper eye.
Right now I use Collection 2000.
It dosnt seem to crack much at all. It's pretty good, but you do have to touch up ever so slightly afew a good few hours.

I use LA colors too, right now im using one from jazz? its pretty good to, i can usually last the majority of the day w/o having to touch it up. It does crack every now and then but i still only need to fix it maybe once a day if at all.. its actually from dollar general also. Honestly im cheap so i really only buy my makeup from a dollar general or something similar, and ive always found that it works just as well.. if not better sometimes than the major brands.

I use an eyeliner from bonnebell, it's in a pencil form and it goes on your eye VERY smoothly. It looks better than eyeliner and you can be more precise with it since you have a better grip on it. It's for 4 bucks, and worth it.

You should try Fluidline by MAC Cosmetics. It's about 15 bucks and it works really good. It doesn't smear for me or anything, either. I love it. [;
