so i know prom is still about a month or so away.
but i thought it'd be really cool if y'all would post what you're planning on wearing and how you want to do your hair. or your prom themes.
or for those who've already graduated, if you could share your prom clothing/theme's for the dance.
i just want to know so i can steal y'all's ideas for a dress/hair and for my date. yup yup.

OK. This is old (1988) but yeah this was my prom theme: I've Had the Time of My Life. That was from "Dirty Dancing" The TOP movie back then.

OMG I love proms....I mean the getting ready part....I didnt like it when I was there....

My dress was strapless, red and it had all this intricate beading and sequin stuff going on. I LOVED IT....loved loved loved it

and I had my hair curled and done up....and I had these gold strappy sandals that matched some of the sequins on the dress

and I wored a ruby red Zwarovsky necklace (no it wasnt mine....i borrowed it from my mom) and earrings

Me, my date and my friends went to the public gardens to get pictures taken out doors and then we all went to dinner and then to prom....and then my date ditched me but it was ok cause he was a friend and I didnt care and I wanted to go home early whereas he went to party

....and the theme was gay "Mardi Gras"

I went to my senior prom back in 1999. I don't remember what the theme was, but I do remember that no one was dancing. My prom dress was silver. At the waist, the dress flared out. It was really cute. I had 3 inch silver heels on that were open toe with straps. lol But the dress was long enough that you couldn't see the shoes.I went all out and all my jewelry matched. Good old dad paid for the dress. It was.. pricy.
My boy-friend at the time, couldn't take me. So I took a guy friend and went with my best friend who brought our other guy friend. So it was just 4 people hanging out. The best part of prom for me was dinner. My friends mom had connections and she knew the owner of this restaurant called Milans or something. It was about $150 per plate, but we ate for free. Even though my parents told me I didn't have a curfew, I came home at 11:00 pm. FFS.

I loved my leavers ball (prom)

I wore a longish light blue strapless dress that I loved.

I went and had my hair and make up done profesionally.

People were shocked that I actually looked good!

Uh, I'm wearing a black tux with a red tie... And my gf is wearing a long dress (very typical)

i really liked the idea of taking pictures at a park. that's hot.
and i think imma get a strapless.. cause it looks like that's what everyone does.
i got invited to prom last year, but didn't go. and i remember the theme was 007 James bond. because the class of '07 was putting it on. and the tickets were passports.

Been to two of them and I don't plan on going to anymore.
