I'm a 21 year old student, who is in need of some advice!
I'm attending a Formal for my University Dorm.
I have a navy blue dress to wear.
Problem: I have no idea what color shoes / accessories / makeup to wear.
If anyone has any tips, please send them my way.

Wear what you feel comfortable in.
A blue dress sounds nice, do you have blue heels?
Or maybe some black heels, as they go with just about anything.
Alternatively, if you have a white dress and some white shoes, that'd be brill. But as I said, wear what you feel comfortable in.
As for make-up, don't just slap it on, and don't over-do it. Some foundation, lipgloss, mascara..anything that'd make you look gorgeous.
