Regional Ban
Hiya
I was caught up in a range ban and couldnt log on for over a week. In the end I turned off my modem for a couple of hours, and then holy ****e, I could get in!!!! Have you tried this? I dunno if a range ban is the same as a regional ban, maybe not. But thought Id tell ya anyway

Thanks for the advice, I will try it and see if it will work  , I guess having High Speed DSL has its draw backs< iheard if I had dial up there are ways around it
