really confused about ban

Hi I was banned from teen chat and I do not know why! I am of appropriate age and I wasn't being a perv or anything! I was told to contact the admin or mod of this room, but I do not know how. I'm hoping you can read this and get back to me. I'm sure it is all just a simple misunderstanding! ^^ Thanks for your time.
