Can't get in room!!!

No one from Tech Support has answered my post about not being able to get into Adult Chat. (The smart-ass responses I have received have been of no help at all, thank you.) Perhaps someone here might know.

I received a prompt to update my Java and I did. Now, when I try to get into Adult Chat, the Java logo comes up and then I get a red X in the upper left corner. I can't get into the room. Can anyone PLEASE help?

This has happened to me a couple of times. The best thing I can tell you is to try again later. Or restart your computer.

If you are using IE7 the red cross will appear with JAVA 6. You have to disable certain features on IE7 in order for the Java software to work properly, cause IE7 and the new JAVA dont seem to work correctly together

. So many people have encountered the same issues. Use Firefox for now, seems to work perfectly fine with that until either JAVA or micro sorts out the probs.

I have been having the same problem about only getting the Logo, and a message saying that I need Java...etc..etc. Well, I HAVE HAD Java for a long time, but, I re-installed it again yesterday, but still get the same old thing. This did not start until Chat did their 'renovations' several months ago. I have not been able to get on since. How about some help, Tech Support......there ARE other Chat Rooms to go to, you know, so how about a little help if you want to keep myself, and the others like me who do not feel like playing Computer Geek everytime we want to log on...get enough of that in work !!
