Teen Chat Needs Some Mods

For anyone who has ever been in the Teen chat room. You will have noticed 95% of them are crazy sick perverts who need to realize the age limits of the room. They break rules every five seconds there are people in the room from 11-30, in a teen chat room.

I was wondering if there was any way to get some mods in there? I am more than willing to mod this room, or if we could get some different ones, but it really needs some mods badly.
