• Personal information (such as email addresses or IP addresses that are logged) is obtained for the sole purpose of using of our services. IP addresses are logged and kept for a minimal period of time in log files. Registered accounts are removed from our systems automatically after 30 days of inactivity. Guest accounts are automatically removed from our systems after 1 day. All users have the options of setting their account to be automatically deleted from their own profile.
• Using VPN's and Proxies is strictly prohibited due to the high rate of terms of service violations associated with them.
• If you prefer the older or more mature teenagers crowd, you are encouraged to go to the Teen Chat.
• This site will fully cooperate with all law enforcement agencies regarding any evidence of overage users exploiting users of this chat room for illegal purposes.
• We actively work with many law enforcement agencies around the world to assist in the arrest of overage users who groom or solicit minors. Let this be a warning to all overage users who enter.
• There is also a wall system you can use to post your daily comments and thoughts.
• Inappropriate nicknames or conversation will NOT be tolerated. You will be kicked or banned if you do so.
• Use of nude avatar pictures are strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to report your actions, along with your information, to the authorities.
• Users of this chat room are encouraged to participate in the presence of a parent or guardian for extra safety.
• Names, phone numbers, emails, instant messaging ID, or other personally identifying information are NOT allowed to be posted or exchanged in our chat rooms. Please use our reporting tools if you see this.
• If a user is asking you for inappropriate things or making you feel uncomfortable, report it to a mod or admin immediately. If you feel it is an urgent concern which can put yourself or others in danger, please report it to your local law enforcement.
