Hey Everyone!<\/p>\n

Hope you all are having or had a good summer. \u00a0 As some of you may have heard a long time ago, Flash technology support is coming to an end. \u00a0As of late 2020 (Dec 31, 2020), Google Chrome will no longer support Flash in their browser. \u00a0Other browsers such as Safari have already stopped using Flash. \u00a0Eventually all of them will follow this trend. \u00a0What that means is that users will have to find ways around that to make it work. \u00a0 The average user will not be able to do it because it will probably involve some sort of modification to your browser settings or even additional downloads.<\/p>\n

So what does this mean to the chat rooms?<\/h3>\n

Due to the limitations of this, the chat community will also go in the same direction. \u00a0As you may have noticed we have slowly started to shut down some of our old Flash chat rooms in smaller rooms. \u00a0 For larger rooms such as the adult chat room<\/a>, we have kept the Flash version as an option. \u00a0The other flash chat rooms will be deprecated sometime in 2020 and will they will be sorely missed.<\/p>\n

We have been using flash chat for nearly 15 years and it provided a lot of usefulness to our users. \u00a0 However, if the major browsers will not be supporting it, and it continues to be a liability from a exploiting and security\u00a0standpoint, this decision was very easy. \u00a0 We do understand some of the disappointment this might present to our users, especially those long time users. \u00a0 \u00a0Please understand that this is not only for safe and secure reasons but also the user experience with regards to features and functions should be greatly improved moving forward.<\/p>\n

We are always working on finding you the best free chat software available. \u00a0In the future, this will continue.<\/p>\n
