We have received several requests to support asking how to delete your own chat account. \u00a0The answer is quite simple.<\/p>\n
Navigate to your profile by clicking your Avatar in the top right corner and then clicking the “Edit Profile” link. \u00a0From that screen you will click “More”. \u00a0 From there simply select the “Delete account” link.<\/p>\n

You will need to enter your password for confirmation. \u00a0You will then have 7 days to cancel your request. \u00a0 \u00a0Deleted accounts CANNOT be recovered. \u00a0If you had VIP on the account, it will not be recovered or transferred to another account.<\/p>\n
Always think twice before requesting a deletion. \u00a0We would be very sad to see you go!<\/p>\n
