Chat room gold is a virtual currency that our chat rooms use in order to buy things inside the chat room.
2. What is chat room gold used for?
Currently it is used primarily for virtual gifts. These virtual gifts can be bought for yourself or given to other chatters. They come in the form of little icons and images that are visible on your profile. You can also use chat room gold to change your username and play certain games we have including Keno and Roll the Dice to test your luck at winning even more gold.
3. How do I buy chat room gold?
Click the top left burger menu (3 lined dash) and then click "Gold Store". There you will find the "Buy Gold" button that allows you to select various plans.
4. How can i share virtual gifts and chat room gold?
Simply click on the users profile and then click "Action" and select either "Send Gift" or "Share Wallet".
5. How can I view another users gift collection?
Click on their Profile and click GIFTS
6. How can I see the gift leaderboard?
Select the hamburger menu on the top left (3 line dash) and then select LEADERBOARDS to see the top gift receipients.
7. What is the price of chat room gold?
It really depends on which chat room you are buying the gold in. Each chat room has its own pricing.
8. When will I receive my chat room gold?
Purchases are instantaneous. You will receive it right away. If you send gold to another user, they will receive it right away as well.
9. Do you have a refund policy?
We do not allow refunds. This includes if you are banned from the chat room for violating our terms of service.
