It has twenty different chat "categories" or "topics" to choose from, a blog for the latest news and announcements, and a message forum with various topics and subjects. The chat rooms are all accessible via mobile devices for Android and iOS. All users MUST be 13 or over to participate. Certain chat rooms will have even further age restrictions outlined in the rules and regulations.

All chat room users can have their account automatically deleted through your profile options. Guest users are automatically purged within a 1-3 days.
The web site server logs will store the IP address of an individual accessing this web site through their Internet Service Provider (ISP). The IP address can identify the household where the user accessed this website via their Internet Service Provider. This specific information is not accessible by our website or our staff, but law enforcement may report unlawful activity to your ISP in order to identify you for possible legal action. These logs are automatically deleted frequently.
The IP address or any other personal data collected will never be shared or revealed to third paraties unless under the following circumstances:
1) If a government agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information, or makes a formal and official request for discovery pursuant to any legal action, or pending legal action against YOU. We reserve the right to provide information to all law enforcement agencies when images depicting nudity of users under the age of 18 are found to be uploaded either through an image transfer or an avatar by yourself on our platforms. Data collection is lawful, according to GDPR, if the processing of data is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Law enforcement is the perfect example of such. Therefore, courts and police can ask for data and retain them.
Data Deletion
In compliance with GDRP guidelines, we will delete any data that our servers may hold of your personal information that you have provided. This includes, but not limited to, emails and IP addresses stored in our chat rooms, forums or blogs. Please use our Feedback Form to request such action. We will require you to provide your username, the chat room (if necessary), and email associated with your account. Please put 'Data Deletion' as the subject name. We reserve the right to verify your request through verifiable identification provided to us. This information will not be stored on our servers.
Public Forums
This site utilizes chat rooms, web cams, audio, blogs and forums which can potentially result in the disclosure of personal information publicly through user generated content. If we become aware of this (regardless of the users age), our moderators and administrators will delete any personal information including, but not limited to, email addresses, phone numbers, names, and home addresses immediately from public consumption. We will take action in the form of mutes, kicks or bans upon users sharing personal information, whether their own or others. Please note that we DO NOT store logs of chat conversations greater than one full day and often times are deleted much earlier than 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the user to not disclose any personal information to those they come in contact with via our chat rooms or forums. Advertisers
We use an outside ad company to display ads on certain sections our site. These ads may contain cookies. Cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to this information. This information is used for tracking purposes only and are not and cannot be used to obtain personal information about you or anyone else. Our advertisers do not target, nor do we allow advertisements for users under the age of 13. We do not disclose any personal information about any users to third parties except those noted above (law enforcement specifically). Information collected from registration of our services is never used or disclosed for third party advertising or for any first- or third-party behaviorally targeted advertising. Users personal information is never sold or rented to anyone which including marketers or advertisers. As mentioned earlier, that information is kept internal and accessed only by a limited few.
