User Generated Content
The Website is a live, user-driven chat platform. Text, images, audio, and video that appear in our chat rooms originate from the users themselves and are transmitted in real time between users. ChatAveCom LLC does not produce, script, direct, stage, commission, or pay for any of this material, and does not select the individuals who appear in it. Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), a person who does no more than transmit, store, retransmit, host, or format such material is not a producer and is not required to maintain § 2257 records for it.
Users retain sole responsibility and sole liability for any content they transmit through the Website. Uploading, transmitting, broadcasting, or requesting sexually explicit material involving any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, is grounds for immediate and permanent termination, and is reported to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Age Requirements

ChatAveCom LLC does not create, produce, film, photograph, record, or otherwise generate any of the visual content that appears on or through this Website. ChatAveCom LLC is therefore not a producer as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c), is not required to create or maintain records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A, and holds no such records.
Where content displayed on or through this Website has been produced by a third party, that third party is the producer of record and is responsible for maintaining its own records and its own custodian designation.
